Partnerize is seeking an Internal IT Engineer to join our Tech-Ops group in the Newcastle area. You will ensure that the business is equipped to handle daily duties across security, infrastructure, applications and IT services, with strong focus on documentation and SOPs.
You will operate with minimal supervision, handle tickets, incidents, and communicate effectively with end users and teams, while aligning with SLAs and OLAs. Travel to the Newcastle office 1–2 times per month is expected.
