Job Summary
The Billing Specialist is responsible to provide support to the Finance Operations Manager. Responsibilities involve following daily reconciliations to comply with SOC-1. Issuing and reconciliation of revenue and customer billings. Manage outstanding debt and handle day to day queries.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily invoice reconciliation to comply with SOC-1
- Complete appropriate KPIs to be presented to the Finance Operations manager
- Assist with the Dunning process and liaise with CS teams accordingly
- Raise consolidated and bespoke invoices
- Respond to internal and external tickets
- Present the billing process to internal and external teams
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- 3+ years billing/business office experience
- Proficient organisational skills
- Experience and exposure with various business systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competent Excel skills
Desired Qualifications & Competencies
- Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP
- Bachelor's degree (or studying towards) in business or related field
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel Competency
