Partnering Health Limited has an exciting opportunity for 2 x General Practitioners to join the team based in East Barnwell Health Centre Cambridge. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis. As a member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team, the post holder will provide clinical assessment and diagnosis to patients' requirements and make timely decisions regarding future management. They will also provide a highly specialist resource to other healthcare staff, patients and carers and have active involvement in Clinical Governance/Effectiveness activities.

Main duties of the job:

  • Provide appropriate medical leadership
  • Provide appropriate care and services to patients in all age ranges and levels of health care needs
  • Maintain clinical records either written or computer-based in line with professional code and requirements utilising appropriate READ coding and other coding systems
  • Liaise with all relevant agencies and services to promote knowledge and awareness of the Service
  • Provide appropriate health education and advice to patients and carers to enable self-management and choice
  • Work collaboratively with the Clinical Lead and the entire team to ensure that effective clinical governance is incorporated in the day-to-day practice in the Medical Service
  • Develop and maintain high levels of communication with patients and carers ensuring effective care delivery.
