PHL have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join the team working with our Home Visiting Services on a full-time basis. PHL are commissioned by Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board to deliver Integrated Urgent Care services across Staffordshire. As a Team Leader, you will join an established team of Clinical and Operational staff and lead the Home Visiting service provision across Staffordshire.
The post holder will be required to:
- Have operational oversight of the Home Visiting service across Staffordshire.
- Line-manage and supervise the portfolio's drivers.
- Oversee the portfolio’s fleet, including liaising directly with fleet support and ensuring the fleet is roadworthy at all times.
- Support Face-to-Face and OOH Telephone Advice services during hours of operation.
- Ensure the highest quality of service delivery for PHL's patients and maximise resource utilisation.
- Ensure all areas of the service being supervised are CQC compliant.
- Actively monitor, evaluate and report on the services performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff by means of regular appraisals, audits, training and development activities necessary to provide a quality service.
- Provide support to counterparts and the Operations Manager where required.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3, or equivalent or significant relevant work experience.
- Experience in a management/supervisory capacity within a diverse team.
- A full UK driving license with access to a vehicle for work-related purposes.
- The ability to be compassionate, with the ability to interact positively with team members, patients and healthcare professionals.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
