We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented OOH Dispatcher to coordinate outbound logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing transportation schedules, liaising with carriers and clients, and ensuring the smooth execution of shipping and receiving activities. Duties:
- Manage transportation management systems (TMS) to schedule and track outbound shipments effectively.
- Oversee shipping & receiving operations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies.
- Analyse logistics data to optimise routes, schedules, and resource utilisation.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers, warehouse staff, clients, and internal departments via phone and written correspondence.
- Ensure adherence to shipping regulations and company procedures through meticulous record‑keeping.
- Handle phone etiquette professionally when liaising with external partners or internal teams.
- Perform regular analysis of logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and optimise dispatch processes.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette.
- Proficient in data entry, typing, and maintaining accurate records under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation dispatch roles is highly desirable.
