We are recruiting an experienced Clean Room Wall Panel Fitter to support ongoing installation and fabrication work within a controlled clean-room environment. The role involves fitting, assembling, and finishing metal wall panels, framework sections, and modular clean-room structures to precise standards. A background in fabrication or metalwork is essential, and previous clean-room experience is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and fit clean-room wall panels, metal framework sections, and modular components
- Carry out accurate measuring, cutting, aligning, and fixing of panels and supporting structures
- Work from technical drawings, layout plans, and fabrication specifications
- Ensure all work meets clean-room contamination control standards, including correct gowning and housekeeping
- Use fabrication tools and equipment to prepare and finish metal components
- Collaborate with clean-room, engineering, and project teams to maintain workflow and installation quality
- Complete work to tight tolerances with a strong focus on precision and cleanliness
- Follow all H&S procedures, including safe handling of materials, tools, and PPE requirements
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in fabrication, metalwork, or panel fitting
- Strong understanding of precision installation
