Role Summary

As a Galaxy Workshop Trainer, you will be a crucial part of our store teams, connecting Samsung's innovative technology with our valued customers.

Your main task is to deliver exceptional, personalised brand experiences, making us the preferred choice on the high street.

Leading Galaxy workshops, you will use your product knowledge to boost customer and colleague engagement.

Core Responsibilities Include

  • Delivery of Galaxy Workshops
  • Deliver engaging tech product presentations to various audience sizes, showcasing the latest technology through hands-on experiences.

Tailor sessions to customer interests by highlighting relevant features.

Encourage in-store shoppers to attend Galaxy Workshops and return for additional sessions.

Support store colleagues with customer demonstrations and promote Galaxy Workshop bookings between sessions.
