The Role
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and commercially focused Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our wellness centre. This hands-on role requires a strong leader with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage all aspects of the centre, from memberships and sales to staff development and operational excellence. You will be the face of the centre, delivering outstanding member experiences while supporting the growth and reputation of the Being brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily centre operations, including treatment rooms, flotation suites, thermal areas, and relaxation spaces.
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining professional service standards.
- Drive membership sales, retention, and events, ensuring outstanding member satisfaction.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
- Ensure health & safety compliance, operational procedures, and high-quality standards.
- Coordinate marketing activities and maintain member communications.
- Maintain IT systems, data integrity, and smooth operational processes.
