Job Description:
Contact Centre Agent – Part Time – Temporary at Partner Retail Services. This role is based in Marlow with hybrid work arrangements.
Responsibilities:
- Working as a key sales channel within PRS, prioritizing customer needs and delivering excellent service.
- Cross-selling to enhance customer experience.
- Identifying customer needs, researching issues, and providing solutions.
- Managing records across call centre databases.
- Utilizing internal training to stay updated on products and processes.
- Providing impeccable customer service.
- Making outbound calls to customers, third parties, and escalation routes as needed.
Requirements:
- Passionate about people and building relationships.
- Ability to prioritize workloads.
- Commercially minded approach.
- Experience in sales is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working towards KPIs in a targeted environment.
- Knowledge of the Samsung ecosystem and interest in technology.
- Confident communicator with good verbal and written skills.
- Computer literate.
Deliverables:
- Providing support via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Acting as a liaison between customers and stores to enhance experience.
- Navigating various business systems.
- Managing customer escalations.
- Working towards targets in sales, customer satisfaction, and service metrics.
- KPIs include call times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction, sales conversion, and attachment rates.
