Role Summary
As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving the PRS& Samsung goals. You will align with the PRS& Samsung brand and ethos, while delivering inspirational customer service, maintaining operational compliance, and executing strategies that enrich customers\\\’ lives through unrivalled interactions with Samsung products.
Core Responsibilities
- Health & Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of customers and team members.
- Customer Focus: Champion exceptional customer experiences and measures that ensure customer satisfaction.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead colleagues across all departments, providing direction, support, and encouragement to achieve goals.
- Adherence to PRS Policies: Follow PRS processes, guidelines, and policies to ensure operational compliance.
- Store Standards and Operations: Maintain the store\\\’s impeccable standards to guarantee a seamless shopping experience.
- Store Manager Support: Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence.
- Shift Management: Manage key holding and general shift operations.
