From emergencies to selfies, we understand how important our devices are to us and to our customers, therefore, we want to recommend the right solutions and assurance if those devices need a little “surgery” within our onsite repair centres. Our customers’ trust in us is paramount. The conversations we have with them and the passion we have for their devices are crucial, so they know that their devices are in the safest hands! We include certified training to all of our engineers. If you have prior experience, this is a bonus but not essential.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience gained in a customer centric retail environment.
  • Communication and influencing skills that generate commitment and loyalty from customers.
  • The ability to prioritise customers and tasks to deliver a great customer journey.
  • A commercially minded approach to retail service.
  • An ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and to promote the benefits of change to those around you.
  • Previous retail experience is ideal but not essential.
  • Exposure to the Samsung ecosystem and a love for all things techy.
  • Knowledge and experience of software and hardware repairs.
