Partner Financial is recruiting a Finance Director for a high growth technology business who have recently secured additional post VC funding. This founder‑led, emerging, international business is entering a critical phase of expansion; indeed they have already tripled ARR in H1 2026. This is a unique opportunity for a Finance Director to take immediate ownership of finance, quickly build a scalable global function, help drive future strategy and deliver rapid growth culminating in further fundraises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead an integrated month end, quarter end and year end close process.
  • Prepare management accounts and develop meaningful FP&A outputs with relevant KPIs.
  • Oversee cashflow forecasting and liquidity management; support credit control activities.
  • Create a business case and investment appraisal structure to facilitate quick, accurate decision making.
  • Manage and grow the finance function whilst automating workflows where possible.
  • Play a lead role in supporting further fundraising rounds.
  • A wide range of ad hoc projects to support a rapidly scaling business.

The Candidate

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA preferred – CIMA / ACCA considered).
  • Previous granular financial control experience gained within a rapidly growing business; technology experience preferred.
  • Experience in operating and building controls within a growing organisation and a real desire to be fully hands‑on.
  • Exposure to presenting at board / investor level.
  • Flexible approach with the ability to move between strategic and operational activities.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
