International IT auditor Up to £85,000 + benefits Central London/ Worldwide Business Services Partner Financial are collaborating with a global business services organization with operations across Europe, APAC, and the US. Recent growth has driven the company to achieve record annual revenues, fuelled by a strong client portfolio and a commitment to high-quality service. As a result, our client has established itself as a leader in its sector. Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into the Group’s global operations. The successful candidate will provide assurance on key IT risks across the business while also developing and implementing a data analytics approach to internal audits. This position will be instrumental in building strong relationships within the IT community and will involve significant global travel, with up to 50% of the time spent traveling worldwide. Key responsibilities : Conducting audits in line with agreed objectives, working independently and as part of a global team Overseeing IT audit fieldwork performed by the co-sourced partner, ensuring alignment with global audit standards Working with senior management, including the Group CIO and IT Directors, to define the objectives and scope for global audit reviews Contributing to the development of a global Internal Audit plan aligned with the IT risk profile across all regions Supporting the business in implementing audit actions, tracking global progress to ensure timely completion and resolution of identified issues. Providing insights and contribute to reports for the Executive, Board, and Audit Committee, with a focus on global IT and cybersecurity risks Developing and incorporate data analytics into the global internal audit approach to enhance detection and response capabilities The ideal candidate: Proven experience auditing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital and cloud environments, IT operations, data privacy/protection, and IT programs and projects A solid and diverse technical background with experience in technology transformation and the application of IT Skilled in negotiation and influencing, with a collaborative approach to understanding commercial perspectives while defining effective governance and controls A proactive, results-driven individual passionate about making a difference and contributing value to embed the in-house function Flexible and willing to travel as needed to support the global scope of the role Interested candidates should send their CV to Alba Amigo.
