Partner Interim are currently supporting a leading global organisation in their search for a delivery focused Project Manager to lead a high impact accounting transition programme. As part of this journey, the company is seeking an experienced Project Lead with a strong background in investment operations and outsourcing.

This individual will take ownership of a complex end-to-end migration process, working closely with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will drive a structured programme that delivers long-term value while adhering to regulatory and operational best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and deliver the full lifecycle of an accounting transition programme, from planning through to post implementation review
  • Define and manage scope, deliverables and timelines in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including detailed project plans, budgets, and risk registers
  • Lead the transition across multiple functions; oversee the development and execution of change management strategies
  • Ensure robust stakeholder management and partner with vendors
  • Establish service level monitoring frameworks conducted in line with internal change policies and wider industry regulations
Ideal Candidate:
  • Track record as a Project Manager leading complex accounting transition programmes in investment or outsourcing, within the insurance/financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of investment operations and third-party vendor relationships
  • Managed technology led and Agile project delivery, balanced multiple delivery methodologies
  • Experience working with large datasets and leading reconciliation and data migration initiatives
  • Effective leadership with a proactive, solutions-driven approach in dynamic environments
