Partner Financial is recruiting an Interim FP&A Manager for a hyper‑growth PE backed technology business who are a true leader in their field. Backed by significant investment and led by an experienced leadership team, the business is entering a critical phase of expansion and execution. The Interim FP&A Manager will take immediate ownership of the FP&A function whilst directly supporting the CFO and other members of the C‑Suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of all FP&A activities; ensure clear visibility of performance against budget and forecast.
- Drive monthly executive and Board reporting; deliver clear financial information supported by robust KPIs and insight.
- Present to - and work closely with - all C‑Suite stakeholders to support decision‑making and challenge assumptions constructively.
- Support strategic initiatives, investment cases and financial modelling with strong commercial rigour.
The Candidate
- Qualified Accountant (ACA preferred - CIMA / ACCA considered).
- Direct FP&A experience in, ideally, at least two different roles.
- Exposure to FP&A at a granular level within a smaller, scaling company.
- Experience in either a technology, infrastructure or a private equity backed business.
- A strong communicator who can add value quickly and operate effectively immediately.
