Partner Financial are working with a PE-backed SaaS business seeking an experienced and driven FP&A Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is scaling rapidly, driven by a vision to disrupt the market with pioneering solutions and a customer-first approach. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will work closely with a passionate and high-performing team to shape the financial future of the organisation. This is a hands-on role where you will not only refine financial processes but also play a key part in driving the company’s strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management processes. Partner with the CFO to enhance FP&A tools, providing real-time insights and empowering data-driven decisions.
- Leading the preparation of year-end accounts, tax filings, and audits, fostering strong relationships with auditors and ensuring compliance.
- Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations, payroll, and management accounts to ensure accuracy and deliver timely, actionable insights.
- Producing compelling board reports, blending data with storytelling to drive strategic conversations
- Managing rolling forecasts to optimise cash flow and support the business’s ambitious growth plans.
- Overseeing VAT, while managing relationships with external tax advisors.
The Ideal candidate:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Experience in the technology or SaaS sector, with a solid understanding of subscription-based business models
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with the ability to balance detailed financial controls with forward-looking insights and strategic recommendations.
- An excellent leader with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- A hands-on approach, willing to dive into the details while maintaining a big-picture perspective to drive impactful results.
