Job Description FP&A Manager Up to £70,000 + benefits Retail London Partner Financial is collaborating with a prominent retail business boasting a turnover exceeding £500 million. The Group is currently experiencing an exhilarating phase of growth, driven by ambitious expansion plans across both the UK and Europe. Their strategic approach is poised to position the brand at the forefront of its market, setting it apart from key competitors. In this role, reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the next phase of the business’s growth. You will support the organization in realizing its strategic objectives through insightful, value-added analysis and proactive commercial challenges. Key Responsibilities : Owning the analysis of performance and executing the annual budget, quarterly forecasts and the long-range plan. Evaluating risks and opportunities, as well as recommending appropriate actions when needed. Co-ordinating processes and stakeholders to ensure accurate data is gathered from all relevant areas. Delivering commercial analysis to support tactical & strategic decision-making including projects that support capital appraisal. Partnering with senior leaders across the business to ensure monthly functional reviews are aligned with KPIs and that financials are presented to Group and the local leadership teams with clarity. Reviewing journal entries, balance sheet, providing monthly variance analysis and appropriate commentary. Ideal Candidate : Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent). Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing key individuals. A natural team player with well-developed interpersonal skills, able to promote good team working and co-operation. Ability to digest large volumes of data, derive insights and communicate to executive level management. Ability to challenge the status quo and drive process improvement.
