Director, Operational Excellence
Up to £1500 daily rate

Partner Interim are working with a private equity backed, e-commerce organisation who have an international presence and a successful recent track record of growth and innovation. The business is embarking on a programme in the next phase of their value-creation strategy.
In this position, you will own and drive the business’s mission to maximise operating leverage and efficiencies through the various business workflows with the aim of driving cost savings. This role will have the scope to review all the business processes cross-functionally.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and executing an operational excellence strategy to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Leading process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices
- Identifying and implementing automation solutions to reduce manual workloads
- Optimising cross-functional workflows and eliminating inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Tracking KPIs to measure success and impact of transformation efforts
- Driving continuous improvement across the organisation
Ideal candidate:
- Extensive experience in operational excellence, process improvement, and business transformation
- Previously led multiple programmes to deliver widespread business cost savings through driving organisational efficiency
- Experience with automation tools and workflow management software
- Worked in e-commerce, retail, or fast-paced digital environments
