Partner Financial are working with an innovative PE-backed SaaS business, seeking a dynamic and ambitious Head of Finance. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an SME that’s disrupting its market with cutting-edge solutions and scaling rapidly. As the Head of Finance, you will report directly to the CFO and be at the heart of the company’s financial strategy and operations. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, offering the chance to drive financial excellence, influence decision-making, and support long-term growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Key Responsibilities: Leading the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts, statutory accounts, and board reporting, ensuring financial integrity. Managing cashflow and working capital, providing insightful analysis and reporting to support operational decision-making. Delivering in-depth scenario modelling, KPI development, and strategic analysis to inform decision-making and support business scalability Overseeing and refining financial controls and processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
