Partner Interim are working with a private equity backed e-commerce business to find a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support the implementation of Oracle NetSuite within our eCommerce business. Reporting into the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in gathering requirements, analysing business processes, and ensuring the solution aligns with operational needs. This position requires a strong understanding of business systems and excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users. Key Responsibilities Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business and functional requirements for the Oracle NetSuite implementation. Analysing current business processes and identify areas for improvement to maximise efficiency with the new ERP system. Supporting the Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Assisting in the design, configuration, and customisation of Oracle NetSuite to meet business needs. Developing detailed documentation, including process maps, business requirement documents and functional specifications. Working with technical teams to ensure successful data migration and integration with existing systems. Participating in testing phases, including creating test cases, conducting user acceptance testing, and documenting results.
