We are seeking a commercially-minded, experienced Building Surveyor to join our forward-thinking London based office. This is an incredibly unique opportunity for a dynamic Building Surveyor to undertake TDD surveys and construction monitoring services across a wide band of assets within the UK and across Europe. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS

  • RICS preferred
  • Experience carrying out TDD reports & schedules of dilapidations
  • Commercially-minded, self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
  • Client-facing with the soft skills required to develop client relationships
  • Second language a benefit
  • Willing to travel

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen
  • Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift
