Vous êtes le véritable bras droit du Responsable de Point de Vente, vous le secondez au quotidien et assurez son intérim en son absence.
Vos missions sont :
- Vous animez l'équipe au quotidien, contribuez à l'évaluation des collaborateurs et veillez au bon climat social.
- Vous préparez les plans de production, et planifiez l'activité pour atteindre les objectifs de productivité.
- Vous veillez scrupuleusement au respect des normes d'hygiène, de sécurité et à la bonne utilisation des équipements.
