This role involves:

  • Full-cycle sales: You own the process from prospecting to close, sourcing leads, running discovery calls, demoing the platform, and getting contracts signed.
  • Owning your territory: Manage a specific UK region, building relationships with repairers and leveraging local supplier networks.
  • Translating tech to value: Simplify the technical aspects of Partly, explaining how it saves time and fixes procurement headaches.
  • Consultative selling: Advise repairers on their procurement processes and handle objections confidently.
  • High-velocity hunting: Execute a consistent volume of outbound activity to generate your own pipeline.
  • Working as a pod: Collaborate with RevOps and Onboarding to ensure clean handoffs.
  • Maintaining pipeline discipline: Keep rigorous hygiene and forecasting in CRM; communicate risks early.
  • Providing feedback loops: Feed insights back to Product, Engineering, and GTM to improve win rates.

Your skills include:

  • SaaS DNA: 2-4+ years experience as a top-performing SDR or AE in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Tech savvy: Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and modern prospecting tools.
  • Resilient communicator: Confident with senior operators and excellent in handling objections.
  • Technically curious: Able to learn repairer workflows and systems.
