This role involves:
- Full-cycle sales: You own the process from prospecting to close, sourcing leads, running discovery calls, demoing the platform, and getting contracts signed.
- Own your territory: Manage a specific UK region, building relationships with repairers and leveraging local supplier networks.
- Translate tech to value: Simplify the technical aspects of Partly, explaining how it saves time and fixes procurement headaches.
- Consultative selling: Advise repairers on their procurement processes and handle objections confidently.
- High-velocity hunting: Execute a consistent volume of outbound activity to generate your own pipeline.
- Work as a pod: Collaborate with RevOps and Onboarding to ensure clean handoffs.
- Pipeline discipline: Maintain rigorous hygiene and forecasting in CRM; communicate risks early.
- Feedback loops: Provide insights back to Product, Engineering, and GTM to improve win rates.
