Partly is headquartered in the UK, with a Product and Engineering HQ in Christchurch, New Zealand, and an early presence in San Francisco, USA. If you are based outside of a Hub, we will fly you to the nearest Hub for 1 week per quarter for our “Season Openers” (we pay for your travel and accommodation).

Partly's mission is to connect the world's parts by building the first global platform for replacement parts, starting with auto parts. Our big vision is to accelerate the world toward a sustainable future where anyone can fix anything. Founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers, we utilise cutting-edge technology to solve challenging but exciting problems that make a huge impact in a $1.9 trillion industry. We've more than tripled our team over the last 12 months and expect to double in size again over the coming 12 months. We're a global team spanning both Europe and Australasia.

We provide a scalable digital infrastructure solution to some of the world's largest businesses and the most exciting startups. Partly's solutions are integrated across hundreds of companies globally, providing the backbone for cataloguing and managing parts online.

This role involves travel to customer sites. Due to the locations, candidates must hold a valid UK driving licence. Collision/parts domain knowledge is preferred but not required — we value sharp thinkers who learn fast.

What will you do

  • Full-cycle sales: You own the process from prospecting to close. You will source leads, run discovery calls, demo the platform, and get contracts signed.
  • Own your territory: You will manage a specific UK region, building relationships with repairers and leveraging local supplier networks to get your foot in the door.
  • Translate tech to value: You will simplify the technical aspects of Partly, explaining how it saves them hours a week and fixes their procurement headaches.
  • Consultative selling: You advise repairers with their procurement processes and handle tough questions and objections with confidence.
  • High-velocity hunting: Execute a consistent volume of outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate your own pipeline.
  • Work as a pod: Collaborate with RevOps and Onboarding to ensure clean handoffs and time-to-live within target.
  • Pipeline discipline: Maintain rigorous hygiene and forecasting in CRM; communicate risks early; and keep a tight next-step cadence across 15–25 active opportunities.
  • Feedback loops: Feed insights back to Product, Engineering and GTM to improve win rates and time-to-launch.

Your skills

  • Commercial DNA: 2-4+ years of proven, high-velocity B2B sales - field, territory, or SaaS.
  • Tech savvy: You know your way around a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and modern prospecting tools.
  • Resilient & proactive: You are prepared to get on the road or the phone, handling objections and turning them into conversations about value and ROI.
  • Process driven: You can manage a high-velocity pipeline without dropping detail; but will suggest improvements when you see them.
  • Credible communicator: Confident with senior operators; excellent emails/proposals; calm, direct objection handling.
  • Technically curious: Able to learn repairer workflows and systems and translate them into practical implementation steps.
  • Growth mindset: You are eager to learn and actively try to get 1% better every day.
  • Ownership: Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable being accountable for outcomes.

Please note: if you don't have all the skills/experience listed above but believe you could be outstanding in this role, please still consider applying.
