Partly is headquartered in the UK, with a Product and Engineering HQ in Christchurch, New Zealand, and an early presence in San Francisco, USA. If you are based outside of a Hub, we will fly you to the nearest Hub for 1 week per quarter for our “Season Openers” (we pay for your travel and accommodation).
Partly's mission is to connect the world's parts by building the first global platform for replacement parts, starting with auto parts. Our big vision is to accelerate the world toward a sustainable future where anyone can fix anything. Founded by ex‑Rocket Lab engineers, we utilise cutting‑edge technology to solve challenging but exciting problems that make a huge impact in a $1.9 trillion industry. We have more than tripled our team over the last 12 months and expect to double in size again over the coming 12 months. We are a global team spanning both Europe and Australasia.
This is a senior enterprise product marketing role, not a content or campaign role. As Enterprise Product Marketing Lead, you own how Partly’s value is defined, evidenced, and communicated to enterprise buyers, partners, and internal teams. You will take complex infrastructure capability — including AI‑driven parts selection and Rails‑based procurement — and translate it into clear, credible, outcome‑based narratives grounded in real customer data. Your work ensures that sales teams don’t explain Partly — they prove it.
What will you do:
- Own enterprise value definition
- Own and evolve Partly’s value framework across: Selection, Convenience, Information, Value, Auditability
- Define how each dimension shows up for different enterprise ICPs
- Translate infrastructure capability into buyer‑relevant outcomes
- Build proof and credibility
- Create enterprise‑grade case studies, ROI analyses, and outcome narratives
- Partner with Ops and CS to source real performance data
- Ensure claims are measurable, defensible, and consistent
- Equip Enterprise and Expansion Sales with core pitch narratives, value one‑pages, case studies, and benchmarks
- Reduce bespoke sales storytelling through standardisation
- Define how AI, infrastructure, and Rails are explained externally
- Clarify what makes Partly different from marketplaces or point tools
- Support new Rails launches with clear external readiness
- Work closely with Product to translate roadmap into market‑ready value
- Feed customer and enterprise insight back into GTM and strategy
Your skills:
- 6–10+ years in B2B product marketing
- Experience in enterprise or infrastructure‑grade software
- Strong product‑to‑market translation skills
- Commercially fluent; comfortable partnering with sales
- Excellent written and narrative clarity
- Builder mindset; thrives in ambiguity
- High judgment and low ego
Bonus experience:
- Infrastructure, platform, marketplace, or API‑driven products
- Regulated or operationally complex industries
- Early‑stage or Series A/B environments
Please note: if you don’t have all the skills/experience listed above but believe you could be outstanding in this role, please still consider applying. Many folks, especially those from underrepresented or marginalised groups, often count themselves out. Please allow us to learn more about you and why you’re exceptional!
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary plus equity.
- Parental leave and flexible return to work.
- Flexible working hours.
- Base yourself with our U.S. team in a brand new WeWork office.
- Monthly team lunches to celebrate our wins and enjoy each other’s company outside the office.
- Ergonomic workspace.
Relocation: If you are relocating from overseas or domestically to Partly HQ, we offer a generous relocation allowance to support your move.
