As Partly's first UK Events & Community Marketer, you will turn Partly into a movement in the UK collision and aftermarket repair industry. Your job is to build trust and community among bodyshop owners and parts dealers. Reporting to the UK Head of Growth Marketing, you'll own the Partly Community across repairers and suppliers, and manage the social channels that extend our reach.

What will you do:

  • Build the Partly Community across UK repairers and suppliers.
  • Own social media channels end-to-end, managing content and community engagement.
  • Define Partly's presence at major industry events, including sponsorships and community engagement.
  • Create activation plans for regional roundtables and networking events.
  • Establish an ambassador/influencer marketing programme.
  • Produce case studies and value-led content in collaboration with Growth Marketing.
  • Manage the annual budget across community, events, and social.

Your skills:

  • 3-5+ years of experience building community in a B2B operator market.
  • Experience running owned social media channels with a consistent voice.
  • Proven track record in event management.
  • Ability to build trust and relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Strong storytelling skills to produce engaging content.
  • Understanding of the UK collision/aftermarket ecosystem.
  • Experience in behavioural design and reward mechanics.
  • Comfortable managing a £1M budget.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Owner-operator mindset with a focus on outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel 30–40% within the UK.
