Customer Success Manager – Repairers As a Customer Success Manager for repairers, you will own the moment a UK repairer goes from signed to weekly active.

You will build the process that makes this repeatable and drive adoption, retention, and customer health.

You report to the Director of Customer Success and join a team that knows the industry and its customers well but has limited process and systems.

Responsibilities Activate newly signed repairers – take the handoff from Sales and drive each repairer from signature to weekly active: onboarded, trained, and placing orders.

Own the onboarding plan and timeline.

Build the activation and retention playbook – document repeatable processes so the rest of Customer Success can adopt and scale.

Bring data and systems rigor – set up and maintain clean tracking of repairer health and weekly active metrics.

Identify manual, repetitive work and systematise it with light tooling and improved processes.

Drive adoption and retention – run regular check‑ins, increase usage of key features, spot churn risk early, and reactivate dormant accounts.

Be the repairer’s main contact post‑signature – act as a trusted day‑to‑day point of contact, resolve issues end‑to‑end with Support and Product.

Advocate for repairers internally – synthesize repairer needs, pain points, and feedback into clear product, engineering, and commercial viewpoints.

Qualifications Early customer success or account management experience with proven ownership of relationships, adoption or retention, ideally at a scaling business.

Strong process and systems builder who instinctively turns repetitive, manual work into repeatable systems.

Comfortable with data and tools – able to live in dashboards, spreadsheets, and a CRM, read health and usage metrics, and translate them into actionable next steps.

Light automation or SQL is a plus.

Organised, hands‑on, and scrappy – manage multiple accounts and plans simultaneously without missing deadlines.

Excellent communicator across audiences – credible with repairers, engineers, and senior leaders, adjusting explanations accordingly.

Ownership mindset and high potential – proactive, decisive, and hungry to take on more in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment. (Optional) Automotive, marketplace or B2B Saa S exposure – not required but a plus.

Benefits Competitive base salary + equity for all full‑time employees.

Annual commuting allowance.

Annual global offsite in New Zealand for the UK and EU teams.

Parental leave: 3 months fully paid for primary caregivers, with a flexible return‑to‑work plan.

Team lunches provided daily (Monday to Friday).

Flexible working hours, default to working from office.
