Partly is connecting the world's parts by building the AI infrastructure layer for the global repair industry, starting with the $2tn automotive market. Our frontier model, Interpreter, is the world's first AI purpose-built to understand vehicle damage and the parts needed to fix it. Thousands of businesses across the global repair supply chain already rely on it.

This role As Business Development Manager – Collision, you'll bring Interpreter to the collision repair ecosystem — suppliers, partners and insurers — helping them build on Partly's infrastructure around their own use cases. It's a hands‑on role: real customer conversations drive what you do next. You'll work closely with our Solutions team to turn those conversations into live partnerships.

What will you do:

  • Identify, develop and close new business relationships across supplier, partner and insurer segments in the UK collision repair market
  • Work directly with customers to understand their use cases and help them build on Partly's infrastructure
  • Structure and negotiate first‑of‑kind commercial agreements
  • Partner with our Solutions and Product teams to move deals from conversation to live partnership
  • Represent Partly credibly with senior stakeholders across the industry

Your skills:

  • Comfortable operating with significant autonomy and limited established process
  • Experience in Supplier, Partner or Insurer‑facing business development, ideally automotive/collision‑adjacent
  • Builder mindset, energised by creating rather than maintaining
  • Comfortable working closely with Product/Solutions

Please note: if you don't have all the skills or experience listed above but believe you could be outstanding in this role, please still consider applying.

Benefits:

  • Healthy, Catered Lunches - Enjoy fresh, healthy lunches every workday in our offices.
  • Healthy Body, Healthy Mind - Every team member gets a £750 annual wellness allowance on a Partly‑branded card.
  • Family Comes First - Primary caregivers receive 3 months of fully paid parental leave.
  • Getting Here Is On Us - If you commute to a Partly office you will receive a commuting allowance.
  • Workspaces That Inspire - Our architecturally designed offices are built for collaboration and creativity.
  • Office‑First with Flexibility - We default to working from the office every day.
  • We Celebrate Together - From weekly happy hours to quarterly season openers, we make time to connect and celebrate as one team.

If you're relocating to Partly HQ, we offer a generous relocation allowance to help support your move.
