This role involves leading Partly's expansion across the UK independent repairer market. You will own your territory end-to-end, taking repairers from cold to active on the Partly platform. Reporting to the Repairer Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for hunting, qualifying, demoing, and closing sales with the support of best-in-class sales technology. This role involves travel to customer sites, and candidates must hold a valid UK driving licence.
What will you do:
- Full-cycle sales: Own the process from prospecting to close, sourcing leads, running discovery calls, demoing the platform, and getting contracts signed.
- Own your territory: Manage a specific UK region, building relationships with repairers and leveraging local supplier networks.
- Translate tech to value: Simplify the technical aspects of Partly and explain how it saves time and improves procurement processes.
- Consultative selling: Advise repairers on their procurement processes and handle objections confidently.
- High-velocity hunting: Execute a consistent volume of outbound activity to generate your own pipeline.
- Work as a pod: Collaborate with RevOps and Onboarding to ensure clean handoffs and timely execution.
- Pipeline discipline: Maintain rigorous hygiene and forecasting in CRM; communicate risks early.
- Feedback loops: Provide insights back to Product, Engineering, and GTM to improve win rates.
Your skills:
- SaaS DNA: 2-4+ years experience as a top-performing SDR or AE in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Tech savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and modern prospecting tools.
- Resilient & proactive: Prepared to engage with customers and handle objections effectively.
- Process driven: Manage a high-velocity pipeline while suggesting improvements.
- Credible communicator: Confident with senior operators and skilled in objection handling.
- Technically curious: Able to learn repairer workflows and translate them into practical steps.
- Growth mindset: Eager to learn and improve continuously.
- Ownership: Proactive and resourceful, comfortable being accountable for outcomes.
