This role will be the growth engine of the UK. They will own the strategy and execution for acquiring, activating, and scaling repairers across the network, with a clear mandate to drive weekly active sites at pace. This role combines hands-on selling with team leadership, requiring someone who can both close high-value opportunities and build a repeatable, high-velocity sales motion across independent and multi-site repairers.
