We are recruiting for a skilled Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for all our guests and visitors.
This role is perfect for someone who excels at communicating with others in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to our guests; our vision is ‘ to make every day feel like a holiday’.

Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests ensuring all documentation is completed and our guest experience is fabulous from the start to the end of their holiday.
- Manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all guests.
- Answer the telephone in a professional and timely manner, addressing queries and directing external calls to the correct department.
- Upsell facilities and services offered by the Park.
- Greet all contractors/visitors to the Park
- Cash and payment handling
