We are recruiting for a skilled Supervisor to support the management team.
The successful candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage customer service quality are maintained.

Role overview
- Ensure the accuracy of the bar floats
- To dispense and serve food and drinks as required
- Ensure excellent front of house service, allocating and supporting team members for efficiency
- Opening and locking up, ensuring closure at the correct times and end of day tasks are complete and documented
- Motivate the team to upsell products, packages and events
- To address any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor within the hospitality / entertainment / food and beverage industry.
- Tech confident and able to assist with online bookings and game setup/ malfunctions. Additional training will be provided.
- Able to produce right to work documentation (e. g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Be aged 18 or over in order to sell alcohol
