Working as part of the Walterz team you will be responsible for organising a wide range of events from concept to delivery. In this role the little things matter; timings, catering, technical equipment, communication with customers and stakeholders and the provision of an efficient, professional and responsive events service. Bringing a personable energy to this role you will be a key contact for all our customers.

Duties of the role:

  • Communication both written and verbal with customers.
  • Maintaining schedules, calendars and booking information on internal systems.
  • Coordinate activities between stakeholders, ensuring customer requests are met.
  • Liaise with the Marketing Department, supporting the development of promotional materials.
  • Remain calm – you may need to resolve last minute changes to an event.
  • Prepare itineraries, briefing packs, reports and post event evaluation documents.
  • Attention to detail – right first time.
