We are recruiting for a skilled Lifeguard to ensure the highest standards of safety and customer experience are maintained. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communicating with others in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to our guests; our vision is ‘to make every day feel like a holiday’.
Location: Windy Harbour Holiday Park, FY6 8NB
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week subject to low/high season variances
Salary: £14.29 per hour
Shift pattern: Shifts are between 8am and 7.00pm. More shifts may be available in peak season and to cover holidays.
Role overview:
- Interacting with the public, promoting a positive image with excellent customer service skills.
- Ensure the pool operating procedures are met at all times to keep the environment safe.
- Preparing activity areas, setting up and dismantling equipment and storing it properly after use.
- Maintaining all areas ensuring they are clean and tidy at all times.
- Providing cover at neighbouring park in FY3 where required.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lifeguard
- Produce your recognised and valid NPLQ Lifeguard qualification
- Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g., passport or birth certificate & NI document)
- Undertake an enhanced DBS check.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
