We are recruiting for a Housekeeper across the park, specifically in the caravan and apartment hire accommodation. Working within the Housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleaning are maintained in order to provide amazing guest experience. Our vision is ‘to make every day feel like a holiday’.

Location:Black Beck Holiday Park

Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30-16:30

Role overview

  • Undertake the cleaning of areas within the caravan, apartments and club areas, changing bed linen, vacuuming, dusting and general cleaning of the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living areas.
  • Undertake the cleaning of general / public areas as required.
  • Report to the Head of Housekeeping any maintenance issues that need addressing within caravans or public areas.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeper who can work to deadline while maintaining high standards. Additional training will be provided.
  • Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to ensure guest check-ins are processed on time
