We are recruiting for an experienced Housekeeping Detailer to provide a fabulous housekeeping service specifically for the presentation of sales stock. You must deliver above and beyond standard cleaning and provide both a meticulous and showroom finish. This role is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for detail and doesn’t mind lone working; our vision is ‘to make every day feel like a holiday’.

Location: Windy Harbour Holiday Park and Newton Hall Holiday Park

Hours: Full-Time Permanent, Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

Role overview:

  • Undertake the cleaning of all areas within the sales stock (caravans and lodges); deep cleaning, changing bed linen, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, polishing of all areas; bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living areas
  • Ensure spotless and streak-free surfaces on all floors, windows, furniture and fixtures
  • Deep cleaning of all areas
  • Organising and arranging dress kits to maximise attractiveness
  • Report to reception any maintenance issues in a sales unit through job cards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar role, within the hospitality industry would be advantageous. Additional training will be provided
  • Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
  • Able to produce valid driving licence (preferably clean) to drive golf buggies
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
