We are recruiting for a Bar Person to join the busy team at Newton Hall Holiday Park. The successful candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment taking orders and preparing drinks and will strive to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to our guests; our vision is ‘to make every day feel like a holiday’.
Role: Bar Person
Location: Newton Hall Country Club, Newton Hall Holiday Park, Staining, FY3 0AX
Hours: 5-35 hours per week. Must be able to work weekend evenings.
Salary: £12.99 per hour
Shift pattern: Friday and Saturday
Role overview:
- To take drinks orders, dispense and serve as required.
- To follow all hygiene regulations in food and drink preparation areas.
- Bar service and general cleaning duties (glass collecting).
- To provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Ensure products are well stocked behind the bar, letting the manager know what needs ordering ahead of time.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Person or in a similar hospitality role. Additional training will be provided.
- Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Be aged 18 or over in order to sell alcohol.
