We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and customer focused General Manager to lead our busy entertainment venue, combining exceptional food and beverage service with a vibrant leisure and entertainment experience. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of venue operations
- Recruit, train, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Drive exceptional customer service standards across all departments
- Oversee food and beverage operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance
- Manage budgets, labour costs, stock control and profitability
- Deliver sales growth through local marketing, events and promotions
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, licensing, and food hygiene regulations
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvements
- Handle customer feedback professionally and effectively
About You
- Previous experience as a General Manager, Venue Manager, Operations Manager or a similar leadership role
- Strong hospitality and food service management experience
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
- Excellent commercial awareness and financial management
- A hands-on leadership style and passion for guest satisfaction
- Strong organisational and problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety, licensing and health and safety legislation
- Able to work weekends, evenings and peak trading periods
