As a Student Ambassador, you'll be the face of Partiful at your university. You'll work to get students, societies, friends and venues using Partiful to plan and promote their events. This is a performance-based, part-time role perfect for students who are well-connected, entrepreneurial, and excited about building something from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
- Launch Partiful at your university during a 1 week activation week
- Identify and convert 20+ existing event organizers (students, friends and societies) to use Partiful
- Build relationships with key societies, committee members, sports clubs, and key event organizers
- Track your progress and hit performance milestones to earn bonuses
- Provide feedback to help us improve the product and campus strategy
- Collaborate with other on-campus growth managers to make Partiful the go to event platform for everyone
Who You Are:
- Current undergraduate student who has completed at least one term at their university
- Extremely social and well-connected on campus across multiple communities
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial - you love taking initiative
- Strong communicator with experience in outreach, sales, or community building
- Active on social media and comfortable creating content
- Organized and able to track your own progress toward goals
- Interested in startups, growth, or product marketing
- Available to start ASAP
Time Commitment:
Estimated no more than 5-10 hours per week, with flexibility around your class schedule. Expect a more intensive launch week (where you'll be required to be at university), followed by ongoing relationship management and host conversion work.
Compensation:
Performance-based pay structure with bonus opportunities. Top performers can earn bonuses based on host conversion, event creation, and sustained growth metrics. Detailed compensation structure will be shared during the interview process.
