Particle6 is an award-winning creative production company blending boundary-pushing storytelling with cutting-edge AI. From original TV series and documentaries to brand campaigns and immersive content, we use the latest AI tools to enhance the creative process across broadcast and commercial work.

Particle6 is seeking a highly organised, people-focused People & Operations Coordinator to support our growing team as we scale our slate of productions and projects. You'll take ownership of the HR, recruitment, and operational foundations that keep Particle6 running smoothly—from hiring and onboarding to policies, systems, and day-to-day office operations.

This role sits at the heart of the company rather than on any one production. You'll be based within our creative environment and immersed in the culture, but your focus is squarely on the people and processes that support it—not the day-to-day delivery of individual productions. You'll thrive here if you're drawn to a fast-paced creative industry but want to build your career in operations, HR, and recruitment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Recruitment & Hiring: Own the end-to-end recruitment process—drafting job specs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing offers—to help us bring the right people into the business.
  • HR & Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, manage onboarding and offboarding, and maintain contracts, policies, and employee records.
  • General Operations: Manage day-to-day office operations, supplier and vendor relationships, and the tools and systems that keep the wider business running smoothly.
  • Culture & Wellbeing: Support initiatives that build a positive, inclusive culture across a hybrid, creative workforce, from team events to internal communications.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment law, right-to-work checks, and internal policies.
  • Office Management & PA Support: Keep the office running smoothly day-to-day, and provide ad hoc PA support to senior team members as and when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • This is a junior-mid level role, and we're looking for around 1-3 years' experience in HR administration, recruitment, or operations, ideally within a creative, media, or fast-paced company.
  • A genuine interest in working within a creative industry, without needing to be embedded in the day-to-day delivery of productions.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable supporting people at all levels of the business.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to building and improving HR and operational processes from the ground up.
  • Sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive, people-related matters, paired with a genuine problem-solving mindset.
  • Hands-on experience developing and documenting SOPs (standard operating procedures) to bring structure and consistency to HR and operational processes.
  • An interest in AI and automation within operational work, ideally with examples of having used AI tools or automations to speed up or improve a process.
  • An understanding of performance management, OKRs, and KPIs, along with a general grasp of accounts and receipt/invoice processing.
