The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.
We are recruiting a skilled and customer-focused Maintenance Officer to support the delivery of high-quality asset management programme and investment services. Working as part of our Investment Team, you will help ensure homes are safe, well maintained and compliant, while contributing to planned maintenance, contract management, stock condition information and continuous improvement across our services.

You will be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with tenants, colleagues, contractors and partners. You will be organised, responsive and confident in prioritising competing demands, monitoring performance, managing budgets and supporting effective service delivery.
Ideally, you will have experience in property maintenance, planned works, contractor management, procurement, health and safety and housing asset management, preferably within the social housing sector. Experience of using stock condition data, monitoring compliance information and supporting project delivery would be an advantage. A relevant qualification in building, construction, housing, property maintenance or a related discipline is desirable.
