We are looking for a motivated ICT Assistant to join our team based in Glasgow's vibrant West End. We are looking for candidates who have a positive and passionate attitude and are keen to learn. Fundamental skills in providing office technology support in a Microsoft environment is essential.
In this role, you'll take responsibility for the dayâtoâday delivery of ICT support across the Association â helping colleagues stay connected, productive and secure. You'll provide frontâline and secondâline ICT support, maintain systems and records, and work closely with external suppliers to ensure our ICT services are reliable, secure and continuously improving.
This is a handsâon role suited to someone who enjoys problemâsolving, working with people, and taking ownership of their work. You'll need good technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a small, supportive team.
