We are passionate about creating memorable experiences and are looking for a motivated Partnerships & Events Coordinator to join our energetic team. - Sales & Business Development: Lead outreach to venues, event spaces, and unique locations to schedule events year-round.
- Event Collaborations: Coordinate with external event providers and partners to deliver co-hosted events with shared goals.
- Partnerships & Sponsorships: Source and secure sponsorships with brands that align with our event brand identities.
- Targeted Sales: Conduct regular outreach to businesses and clients for our hireable event services including DJ hire, bar hire, and event equipment.
- Negotiating Agreements: Manage negotiations with venues, collaborators, and partners to ensure great deals for our event communities and attendees.
Event Coordination Responsibilities:
- Event Ticketing: Set up and oversee event ticketing systems and sales.
- Event Hosting: Assist in hosting events, ensuring smooth operation and a fantastic attendee experience.
- Venue Scouting: Visit and assess venues to plan logistics and build strong relationships.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

- Proven skills in sales and business development.
