We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help us build the next set of features for our interactive 3D software – Partful. You will identify new features that need to be built, enhanced or fixed. You\’ll spot problems, take ownership and see them through to resolution.
You should have commercial experience building applications with Typescript or Javascript within a cloud environment such as AWS services. You\’ll be working in a cross-functional team with a wealth of experience in Development, Product, UX, QA and Agile (Scrum) delivery.
This role is right for you if you excel at designing and building software, enjoy working collaboratively in an Agile team, and would be comfortable evolving a serverless architecture in AWS.
In this role you will:
- Design and implement software to deliver new product features
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code and tests
- Develop performant, secure and scalable API services
- Contribute to the evolution of development practices and processes
- Implement a green field technology roadmap
What we need from you:
- Minimum of 5 years commercial experience with Typescript or Javascript
- Experience of working with React and NodeJS
- Accountability to define solutions independently and guide junior / mid level developers
- Experience of deploying to a cloud environment, ideally involving the use of Lambda, S3 and DynamoDB
- NoSQL or/and relational data modelling
- Experience designing REST APIs
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Good understanding of working within a SCRUM team
This is a hybrid role and based in Manchester at least two days a week.
