We're looking for a confident and experienced Product Marketing Manager who can work both independently and collaboratively, lead with ideas, and drive product marketing from strategy to execution. You’ll be the connector between product, marketing, sales, and customer experience, ensuring our product is positioned effectively in the market and understood by customers.

This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who has already delivered measurable results in a B2B SaaS environment and thrives in a fast‑paced, agile team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and features, partnering closely with product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates Bluefish in the AI marketing tech landscape and resonates with our target personas.
  • Build and maintain product marketing collateral, including pitch decks, one‑pagers, website copy, blog content, case studies, and more.
  • Drive product launches end‑to‑end, including planning, internal enablement, external messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Enable the sales team with training, messaging, competitive insights, and tools that help them win.
  • Gather and analyse customer, competitor, and market insights, and translate them into actionable strategies to influence both the product roadmap and marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with product management to shape product direction based on market and customer feedback.
  • Establish and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimise for impact.
  • Support the CX team by creating interactive product walkthroughs using Tourial or similar tools

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role, ideally within B2B SaaS startups.
  • Proven success in developing GTM strategies and executing high‑impact product launches in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively across different channels and audiences.
  • Deep understanding of customer personas, buyer journeys, and SaaS sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally, especially with product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Experience with competitive analysis, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement tools.
  • Passion for customer‑centricity and a relentless drive to understand user needs and market dynamics.
  • Self‑starter mindset with a bias toward action, eager to build processes and content from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with tools like Tourial, HubSpot, Wordpress, Canva, or similar
  • Experience managing or building product knowledge bases e.g. Rocketlane and in‑product onboarding
