About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping us attract, engage, and hire top talent across the business. Working closely with our Global Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partners, and hiring managers, you’ll support and deliver a seamless, high-quality hiring experience from start to finish. From finding and engaging great candidates to running interview processes and closing hires, you’ll play a key role in building the teams that drive our growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll be hands-on, proactive, and trusted with real ownership from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to support end-to-end hiring processes
- Source and engage high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical roles globally
- Craft personalised outreach to attract and convert passive talent
- Screen applications, conduct initial calls, and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate data in our ATS and support scheduling and recruitment operations
- Contribute to broader Talent initiatives, including employer branding, candidate experience, and hiring events
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing capability and confidence building candidate pipelines across different functions
- Experience coordinating interviews and managing complex scheduling across global teams
- Familiarity with ATS platforms

Interview Process
- Screening Call (30 mins) – Video-call with a member from the Talent Team
- Skills Interview (45 mins) – Video-call with our Global Head of Talent
- Final Stage (60 mins, in-person) – Meet the wider People & Talent team and present a short task
