TransferRoom is a hyper‑growth B2B SaaS SportsTech company and the only digital marketplace in the world focusing on the global football industry. We do this by empowering football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real‑time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision‑makers. TransferRoom has become a must‑have for key stakeholders in football’s transfer market. It’s used by 800+ clubs, including Man City, Liverpool and Juventus, 550 trusted agencies and 8000 professional players. It has empowered clubs and agents to facilitate over 9,500+ transfers since its launch in 2017.

How We Work

The Revenue team are truly global and they have the opportunity to connect weekly in 1‑2‑1s and team meetings, as well as in person at TransferRoom events. Our London office is at Bankside, with additional tech hubs in Poland and Ukraine. Our office is naturally social, especially Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays, when we have regular team drinks, celebrations and five‑a‑side football.

What You’ll Be Working On

This role sits at the intersection of data, narrative, and commercial execution. You will be the engine behind how our revenue teams communicate value by turning raw data into compelling stories, scalable assets, and self‑serve tools that accelerate sales cycles, deepen customer relationships, and sharpen our market presence. You won’t just produce content; you’ll build a repeatable system that multiplies the effectiveness of every customer‑facing conversation across the globe.

  • Sales & Customer Success Collateral
    • Develop and maintain customer post‑window business reviews and renewal decks, success stories, and customer ROI narratives for expansion and early renewal conversations.
    • Design outbound sales micro‑stories, building concise, data‑driven assets that enable reps to open conversations and build credibility quickly.
    • Partner with the Product Marketing Managers and GTM team to keep materials relevant and easy to use.
    • Maintain and update enablement materials such as battlecards, playbooks, and training resources.
  • Data Driven Thought Leadership
    • Own data and narrative for a minimum of six major events per year (two Globals, two Regionals, one Women’s Marketplace and one Finance event) and two local connect series (14 events per year), ensuring each is tailored, bespoke, and grounded in localised insight.
    • Take the lead on the data of the two Annual Reports for the purposes of furthering our data proposition and thought leadership, for use across Sales, CS, Press and Events.
    • Repurpose report content into micro‑stories and channel‑ready assets for broader use across the revenue function.
    • Translate internal data into stories for social, PR, and external communications in partnership with the marketing team.
    • Build and maintain self‑serve dashboards that empower marketing to access and activate data independently.
  • AI‑powered self‑serve & enablement
    • Own and evolve the AI self‑serve data service for Sales and CS, driving adoption, efficiency gains, and ongoing optimisation.
    • Partner with revenue analysts to continuously improve, simplify, and streamline the revenue enablement toolkit – reducing friction and time‑to‑insight for revenue teams.
    • Lead CS ways of working improvements, including customer segmentation frameworks, SLA definition and operational process enhancements that drive consistency and scalability across the CS function.
