V7 turns human knowledge into trustworthy AI, powering products that solve our hardest problems. Our platform helps companies build no-code AI workflows to automate knowledge work with V7 Go, and improve frontier model performance with human-in-the-loop training in V7 Darwin. We’ve already landed top-tier customers (think McKinsey, KPMG, Sony and Fortune 100s) and raised from the best VCs in the world. Now we’re scaling our brand, narrative, and reach – and we need someone who’s done this before, who knows how to turn momentum into movement.
In 2024, V7 was ranked #1 in Sifted’s Top B2B Startups and raised a $33M Series A led by Radical Ventures’ AI Fund. Our investors and advisors include AI visionaries like Ashish Vaswani (inventor of the Transformer), Oriol Vinyals (DeepMind, Gemini), and Christian Szegedy (X.ai), alongside leadership from Amazon, Isomorphic, and Google. We’re expanding our reach and growing our community — and we’re looking for someone who’s helped take an ambitious product from breakout to beloved.
The role
You’re not just a growth marketer. You’re a full-stack creative operator. You’ve probably done things like:
- Run playbooks that didn’t exist yet
- Turned founders into content engines
- Gotten products featured on Times Square billboards and Reddit threads
- Built shareable mini-tools that turned into full-on acquisition channels
- Sent physical mailers that turned into million-dollar pipeline
- Land your company on 10+ podcasts in a quarter
You also probably:
- Have taken a product from 0–1m+ MAUs or scaled growth to $5m–$20m ARR
- Built acquisition loops from scratch
- Know how to make technical content go viral
- Are a creative thinker with deep operational range
- Can juggle many ideas, experiments, and channels at once
- Work fast, write well, and aren’t afraid to get weird when it works
We’re not looking for someone to “run campaigns.” We want someone to make us unmissable.
Your responsibilities
You’ll own the brand awareness side of growth, including things like the below:
N.b. Most of this role is ownership and ideation/idea origination. What we really care about is that you have mastered growth in at least one channel that you can speak to. You will have a lot of support from the rest of the team - product, marketing, eng to make your ideas happen.
- LinkedIn & founder brand: Turn our founders into must-follow voices. You’ll ghostwrite, publish, and amplify posts that are spicy, smart, and strategically relevant (no bland fluff).
- IRL events: Coordinate and originate dinners, meetups, sponsor days, and custom in-person activations. You’ve done this before and know how to make a room buzz.
- Virtual events: Panels, webinars, meetups – you’ll help us produce high-signal online moments that scale community and thought leadership.
- Growth experiments: From mailing custom gifts to top prospects, to surprise-and-delight PLG loops, you’ll test unorthodox plays. You’re allergic to boring.
- Podcasts: You’ll get us (and our users) on X podcasts in Y months. You’ll own the relationship with our agency partners and pitch angles that stand out.
- Influencer campaigns: You understand how B2B influencer marketing works. Think YouTube drops or Twitter loops.
- Media & physical ads: You’ll help us explore big, bold brand plays – from YouTube pre-rolls to Times Square billboards.
- Mini-product & tool-led growth: This is big: we’re investing in small viral tools that drive massive word-of-mouth. You’ll help us concept, spec, and launch these channels.
- SEO & web: You’ll support our SEO strategy and landing page experimentation – crafting copy and content that converts and showcases our AI strengths.
Bonus if you:
- Have experience with SEO, Reddit, influencer marketing, growth engineering, or data-led experimentation
- Have done some frontend or product work (even on the side – we love builders)
- Know what a high-converting landing page looks like and can make one in a pinch
- Think in memes but write like a journalist
If you can make us go “holy sh*t, we have to try that” in your first 30 days, you’re on the right track.
