Archio is seeking an experienced Architect or a Senior Architect to join its team in London.
Archio is an architecture practice focused on housing and community-led projects, often working directly with end users and community groups.

Qualifications
- Excellent project running skills across a range of project stages, including experience managing a team, communicating directly with the client and consultants.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience post qualification for Architects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organisation and ability to use initiative.
- Experience of housing design and delivery in the UK.
- Housing design and delivery, and knowledge of the London Plan Housing Design Standards.
- Examples of excellent design work, evident through portfolio work, model making, sketches and drawings; please include these in a Portfolio PDF, alongside relevant examples of your work such as technical drawings and visualisations.
- Experience of 3D drawing software, including Revit and Sketch Up.
- An understanding of, and commitment to, sustainable design.
- Technical and construction detailing skills.
- Senior Architect – Additional Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills demonstrating proactive planning and progress tracking.
- Examples of experience leading a project across all stages of design and delivery.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience post qualification.

Salary: Architect £36,720 to £42,840 dependent on experience. Senior Architect £44,778 to £52,224 dependent on experience. Archio is a London Living Wage employer.
Start date: interviews w/c 20th July 2026, start date early September dependent on notice period.
